Orders and payment

When you place an order you make an offer to buy the items. Payment is processed by 2Checkout (a Verifone company), which acts as our authorized reseller and payment processor for online orders. An order is accepted once payment is confirmed. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable or payment cannot be verified, and we will refund any amount charged.

Pricing

Prices are shown in US dollars. Shipping and any applicable tax are shown before you pay. If an item is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Product information

We describe and photograph products as accurately as we can. Colors and sizes can vary slightly from what appears on your screen. Measurements are approximate.

Availability

Products may be discontinued at any time. If an item sells out after you order, we cancel that item and refund it.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Returns & Refund Policy. Both form part of these terms.

Use of the site

You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it in unauthorized ways. Content on this site, including text and photographs, may not be reused without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which the business is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
